From cosmic awareness to logic (and everything in between) our minds are wired to work a certain way. Knowing how your mind works goes a long way to helping you adjust your environment so that you learn, grow, overcome, find solutions and expand your creativity in ways that work best for you. While it won't remove struggle entirely...knowing how your mind works, reduces the amount of stress simply because you're managing your environment in a way that suits you best and makes you shine most. Knowing how your mind works can also help you discover what career path most naturally suits you.
Teachers who take the time to understand how a student learns helps her ability to teach and helps the student's ability learn with more ease. Taking piano lessons at an early age, my piano teacher realized how much I struggled to read music...but noticed how quickly I learned to read the music sheet when she played the music on the piano at the same time. Hearing it first, was how I learned best and for me, logic followed as I read the music at the same time I heard the music. Had she not done so, I may have been disregarded as not having any musical ability or talent. Is was important for her to understand how each of her students learned and every one of us were taught accordingly. Her success rate with teaching students how to play piano was well known in our community...and it was because she cared enough to understand that each one of us were wired differently and she took the time to understand our individual mental ability.
The study of the intricate mind is fascinating and this quiz is purely for entertainment, but will also get you thinking...
