The picture above are my actual results from the video below for No Carb Cloud Bread by Alyssia Sheikh. I added a pinch of Himalayan Salt and about 1 Tsp. of Coconut Sugar.
The texture is airy and the flavor is good (and both my kids liked it, too). I think it's worth doing again with the addition of pureed pumpkin and cinnamon or pureed butternut squash (which is naturally sweet). I'll keep you posted once I give it a try.
I love healthy that includes fun, easy, and best of all...DELICIOUS. I encourage you to try this. It took less than 30 minutes to do.
