I've long been a fan of detoxing...and in fact, I contribute detoxing my liver as one of the major ways I improved my health and healed an ongoing health issue back in 2009.
Yes, there are many brands you can purchase...but you can also use many items found right in your kitchen!
In fact, I personally think fresh ingredients from organic farm to table (or in this case, from your kitchen cupboard to table) virtually eliminates any preservatives or other "natural ingredients" your body simply doesn't need.
